Co-Founder | Built-In Designer
With more than 15 years of experience and a strong background in marketing and built-in design solutions, Eli brings a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented perspective to every project. As co-founder of Raeli Design, she is dedicated to creating a client experience that feels clear, personalized, and effortless, from the first conversation to the final installation.
Her approach blends aesthetics, functionality, and thoughtful planning to help clients transform their spaces with custom built-in solutions that feel elevated, practical, and tailored to the way they live.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as creating, exploring, and learning new skills. She considers herself a limitless creative, always evolving and looking for new ways to grow personally and professionally.
Meet Rafael
Co-Founder | Operations Manager
With more than 15 years of experience, a background in marketing, and extensive knowledge in logistics process management, Rafael brings a strategic, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach to every project. As co-founder of Raeli Design, he leads the operations, delivery, and installation side of our projects, ensuring each step is handled with organization and precision.
Highly self-taught, Rafael has developed the skills needed to manage the custom built-in process efficiently, from transportation and scheduling to on-site coordination and final delivery. His work helps ensure that every project moves smoothly from production to installation, with attention to timing, logistics, and client experience.
Outside of work, Rafael enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially outdoors. He is also passionate about motorsports.
Meet Patricia
Interior Designer | Custom Furniture Designer
With 10 years of experience in design, including 7 years focused on custom furniture, Patricia brings a highly detailed and technical approach to every project. As an Interior Designer, she combines creativity, functionality, ergonomics, and execution feasibility to develop tailored furniture solutions that are both beautiful and practical.
Her strengths are rooted in her analytical and planning-oriented profile. She has strong technical knowledge in furniture detailing, allowing her to transform design concepts into precise, well-structured, and buildable solutions. Patricia’s work is guided by dedication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how custom furniture can improve the way a space is used and experienced.
Outside of work, Patricia values quality time with her family and enjoys caring for her home. She also has a strong handmade creative side and loves exploring manual activities, such as creating home pieces like scented candles.
Meet Paloma
Interior Designer | Project Designer
With 6 years of experience in Interior Design, Paloma brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every project. She is skilled at understanding client needs, organizing ideas into functional design solutions, and supporting the development of spaces that are both practical and visually balanced.
Her strengths include translating concepts into clear project directions, collaborating with the team throughout the design process, and adapting quickly to each project’s unique challenges. With strong communication and a committed work ethic, she helps ensure that every detail is carefully considered from concept to execution.
Outside of work, Paloma is passionate about books and sports. She loves reading whenever she gets the chance, has practiced weight training for years, plays on her city’s volleyball team, and also practices Muay Thai twice a week.
